ARRIVAL – REST – MT NEBO – PETRA
Transit in Dubai. Arrival at 12:40AM in Amman in the morning. After visa, passport and customs’ clearance, meet your guide and board your private coach to your hotel. Check our and late breakfast and visit Mt. Nebo, the site where Moses viewed the Promised Land. Continue on to a hotel in Wadi Musa, near the Petra UNESCO Heritage site for dinner and overnight.
AMMAN
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to the Petra. Walk into the siq or gorge and view the magnificent colors of the limestone rocks of Petra. See the breathtaking sight of the Al-khazna Treasury, carved out of soft rock. Visit Shobak castle. After the tour, stop for lunch before driving to Amman for dinner and overnight.
BORDER CROSSING – BEIT SHEAN – TIBERIAS
Today, leave for Israel through the King Hussein/Allenby border. Prepare for border formalities to ensure smooth crossing. Arrive at the King Hussein border terminal for passport and luggage inspection. Bid your Jordanian guide farewell and meet your Israeli guide who will take give you a short briefing of the general tour schedule while driving north to the Galilee. Make a stop at Beit Shean, or Biblical Scythopolis. Explore the archeological site, the most preserved in the area. Dinner and overnight in the Galilee area at Tiberias.
CHORAZIN – CAPERNAUM – SEA OF GALILEE BOAT RIDE – MT BEATITUDES-PETER’S PRIMACY – JORDAN RIVER – TIBERIAS
Drive up to Chorazin. Then take a boat ride along the Sea of Galilee. Visit Capernaum, the central place of Jesus’ ministry. Recite the Beatitudes at the Mount of Beatitudes and remember the feeding of the 5000 at Peter’s Primacy, along the Sea of Galilee where Jesus called on Peter to “feed his sheep” . End the day with baptism on the Jordan River. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.
NAZARETH VILLAGE – CANA – CAESAREA MARITIMA – JERUSALEM
Leave Tiberias for Nazareth Village to have a glimpse of how life would have been in the time of Jesus. Reaffirm marriage vows in the Church at Cana, where the first recorded miracle of Jesus was performed. Drive to Caesarea the place where Cornelius, the first gentile convert heard the gospel from Peter. Continue on to Jerusalem, for overnight.
MOUNT OF OLIVES-GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE-PALM SUNDAY ROAD-DOMINUS FLEVIT-GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE-POOL OF BETHESDA-VIA DOLOROSA-CHURCH OF THE HOLY SEPULCHRE- GARDEN TOMB JERUSALEM
Go up the Mount of Olives to have a view of the Kidron Valley, the city of David, the Garden of Gethsemane and the East Gate of the walled city of Jerusalem. Walk down the Palm Sunday Road, stopping at the Church of Dominus Flevit, marking the place where Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem. Visit the 2000 year old olive trees of the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus prayed. Continue on to the Old City and enter the Lion’s Gate. Stop at the Pools of Bethesda and walk on the Via Dolorosa. Along the road are the different stations of the cross where the end is found at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. End the day with a communion at the Garden tomb. Overnight in Jerusalem.
TEMPLE MOUNT – WESTERN WALL – CITY OF DAVID – SOUTHERN STEPS – BETHLEHEM – JERUSALEM
After breakfast, take an early departure to the Temple Mount. Then visit the Western (Wailing) Wall. Then proceed to the City of David and take the tunnel to the Southern Steps. Then Visit Bethlehem to see the Shepherd’s Field and the Church of the Nativity. Overnight in Jerusalem.
MASADA-QUMRAN-DEAD SEA-JERICHO-JERUSALEM
Take an excursion to Massada, where you find the remains of a fortified palace build by Herod the great. See En Gedi and see the place where David hid from Saul. Visit the caves of Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found . Enjoy a float on the Dead Sea near by and drive through Jericho. See a real sycamore tree and view the Mount of Temptation from a distance. Return to your hotel in Jerusalem.
CROSS BORDER – FAREWELL LUNCH – DEPARTURE FLIGHT
After breakfast, Cross border to Jordan. Farewell Lunch at Tawaheen Al Hawa. Check in for our flight to Dubai. Arrival at Dubai airport by 11:25 PM Meet & Greet Assistance at the airport. Transfer to hotel for check-in (Standard hotel check-in at 2:00 PM) Overnight at the hotel in Dubai
