TOUR TERMS and CONDITIONS

This is to certify that I have understood the conditions, for which I have purchased the CICC: PAUL’S JOURNEY TOUR, Sep. 23 – Oct. 4, 2024, from SHLT High Light Tours, Inc.

1. 1. That TURKISH AIRLINES e-tickets and land arrangement have restrictions such as:
      a. That any changes (delays, cancelled flights, hold departure order, etc.) that makes with our hotel bookings after arrangements have been finalized will incur charges & penalties.
      b. No refund for any un-utilized package inclusions.
   2. That SHLT High Light Tours, Inc. and tour operators act as intermediary between contractors (airlines, travel insurance, guides, hotels, transport companies etc.) and the participant. It cannot assume responsibility or liability for any loss, injury, delay, accident, or irregularity that may occur while carrying out the services of the contractors. The participant agrees that SHLT High Light Tours, Inc. shall not be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services or any insurer, insurance of any other person including hold departure orders and denied boarding or entry by Immigration Officials of the countries of origin or destination.
