About Your Tour Host:
I have taught and led the Community Bible Study Class in Pasig, Philippines for 20 years. It’s been a joy for me to bring many of my students to the actual places where events took place thousands of years ago. Going to the Bible Lands is equal to going through an accelerated discipleship process. If you come, you will never read the Bible the same way again.

About Your Devotional Speaker:
Professor Jeffrey Miller
The stories of the Bible are embedded in the land in which they took place. Jeff will endeavor to connect the biblical lessons of those places with the needs of modern pilgrims today.
Jeff first developed his passion for the Holy Land while engaged in graduate studies in Jerusalem at the Institute of Holy Land Studies (IHLS) from 1982 to 1983. The courses combined classroom studies with extensive field trips to various sites. Jeff returned to Israel in 1998 and 2007 to deepen his understanding of the land.
Jeff has been teaching Geography of Bible Lands in Indonesia, the Philippines, and the USA during his 34-year career as a missionary teacher in Asia. The textbook he developed has been translated into Chinese and is studied by eager students of Israel. In his teaching, Jeff extensively employs his

database of 35,000 visuals of the land, with the goal of helping students understand the
land of Israel in its geographical, historical, and cultural context. Jeff strives to give a framework so that pilgrims can put the pieces together instead of being overwhelmed by the vast number of sites that most encounter on their tour to Israel.
Jeff is married to Gerri, his lovely wife of forty years. They met in Israel as students in 1982. Besides teaching Old Testament and Bible courses, Jeff served as Bible Department Chairman, and Executive Director of the International Graduate School of Leadership in Manila, Philippines.

Our pilgrimage begins with hearts open to encounter Him. Overnight in Cairo, Egypt.
At the Grand Egyptian Museum, we encounter the grandeur of ancient Egypt before traveling toward the biblical region of Ramses and Pithom, cities associated with Israel’s time of bondage.

From this sacred mountain overlooking the Jordan Valley, we reflect on God’s promises and the long journey of faith that led His people to the borders of the land prepared for them. Overnight in Dead Sea, Jordan.
ENTERING THE LAND — WALKING WHERE JESUS WALKED
Crossing the Jordan River region into Israel, we explore the remarkable ruins of Beit Shean, one of the cities of the Decapolis. In the afternoon, we sail across the peaceful Sea of Galilee, imagining the disciples following Jesus across these very waters. Overnight in Tiberias, Israel.
Today we walk through the heart of Jesus’ ministry. At Chorazin, one of the towns Jesus rebuked for not recognizing His miracles, we reflect on the call to respond faithfully to God’s work. We continue to Tabgha, where Jesus multiplied the loaves and fishes, Peter’s Primacy, where the risen Christ restored Peter, and the serene Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus preached the Sermon on the Mount. At Capernaum, the center of His Galilean ministry, the Gospel stories come alive.
The day concludes with the opportunity for spiritual renewal at the Jordan River Baptismal Site. Overnight in Tiberias, Israel.
Journey to Tel Dan, one of the sources of the Jordan River, and Banias (Caesarea Philippi), where Peter boldly declared, “You are the Christ.” From the strategic heights of the Golan, we visit Mount Bental, overlooking the Valley of Tears — a place that tells the story of courage and resilience in Israel’s modern history. Overnight in Tiberias, Israel.
Our day begins at Mount Carmel, where the prophet Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal and called the people back to worship the one true God. We then travel to Nazareth Village, where Jesus grew up, experiencing daily life as it may have been in the first century.
